Votre profil

  • 0-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development/Account Management (we also have entry level positions)
  • You are fluent in English (C1+ level) and FRENCH or GERMAN (native/mother tongue)
  • You have an interest in Sales, Business Development and/or Account Management
  • Strong communication skills and you like to be on the phone
  • You love working in a fast-paced and quick to change the environment
  • You are a true warrior, believe in our mission, and ready to change the hiring industry

Vos tâches

  • Initiate the sales cycle with TieTalent’s clients
  • Building customer pipeline (we operate in 3 different markets!)
  • Being the first touch point with prospective clients
  • You acquire new enterprise partners for our innovative platform
  • Being one of the contact people at TieTalent for interested customers
  • Selling our various solutions to new clients and understand which solution to sell to which client
  • You take responsibility in the fulfilment of our mission
