The hiring company is a fast growing tech company developing a unique and innovative SaaS solution, offering a new prospecting experience to its activity sector. They aggregate and analyze a wide variety of data, develop algorithms doped with Artificial Intelligence to allow their clients to facilitate their prospecting work. They are currently looking for a talented data engineer to reinforce their data science team. You will be responsible for the data pipeline and work in pairs in their data engineer team on various projects.

Votre profil

  • You have extensive knowledge with Python, ETL tools, SQL databases and you have a good understanding of web scraping, data structures and algorithms.
  • You are eager to learn, autonomous and curious with a problem solving mindset.
  • You have previous experience of working as a data engineer or data scientist.
  • You are proficient in English and German or French.

Vos tâches

  • Discover and automate the ETL process using our data pipeline (Apache Airflow) to gather meaningful data for our end customers.
  • Enrich data, using machine learning where appropriate in order to extract relevant information and create intelligent indices.
  • Promote code quality, new technologies and architectural design in order to maintain the efficiency of our data pipeline.
  • Work on academic projects in collaboration with Swiss universities.
  • Help estimate, plan and execute projects, features and integrations.
