- Fluent in English; proficiency in German is advantageous
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical information in an understandable manner
- Experienced with ERP systems and involved in IT project management
Ihre Aufgaben
- Install, maintain, and upgrade IT hardware and software, encompassing a variety of systems
- Administer hardware and software assets including inventories, licensing, and consumables
- Manage the VOIP phone system and ensure its functionality
- Implement and manage data within our ERP system
- Provide comprehensive IT support to all users
- Uphold security standards and participate in compliance audits
- Lead and contribute to continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives
- Document and report on technical issues and their resolutions
