- Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large data sets
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python or Java
- Experience with big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.) and data pipeline and workflow management tools
- Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data modeling
