Local transfers of your personal data
We may disclose your personal data (as described in the 'Types of Data We Collect' section) to Candidates (as defined in our 'Terms and Conditions'), Experts (as defined in our 'Terms and Conditions'), Employers (as defined in our 'Terms and Conditions'), and wherever regulations require us to do so, such as by court order.
Type of data we collect
'Personal Data' means data that can be used to identify you, directly or indirectly, or any other person to whom the data relates, including, for example, your name, address, phone number, email address, as well as any other non-public information about you that is associated with or related to any of these data. 'Anonymous Data' means data that can not directly or indirectly identify you and includes data related to groups or categories of users of the site. We collect personal data and anonymous data, as described below.
1/ Information you provide us
You do not have to provide us with personal data to use most of our site. However, we collect personal data about you in the following cases:
If you are a Candidate and choose to create an account ('Account'), we may collect your name and surname, phone number, sex, email and postal address, professional title, history of your professional experiences, training and diplomas, mobility, salary expectations, type of residence and/or work permit you own and that allows you to work in Switzerland as well as in other countries, professional references, CVs, work certificates, and password (encrypted).
If you are an independent Expert and choose to create an account ('Account'), we may collect your first and last name, phone number, sex, email and postal address, professional title, your employer's name, past work history, training and qualifications, salary expectations, type of residence and/or work permit you own and that allows you to work in Switzerland as well as in other countries, professional references, CVs, work certificates, and password (encrypted).
If you are an Employer, we collect your contact information and information about your company.
We store information on behalf of Candidates, Experts and Employers, such as information, files and messages that you store using your account (eg interview requests).
If you send us your comments or contact us by email, we collect your name and email address, as well as any other content included in the email, in order to answer to you.
When you participate in one of our surveys, we may associate your answers with other information in your profile.
If you provide us with professional references contact details, it is your responsibility to ensure that those concerned know that you are sending this information, and to obtain their written consent to do so.

We can receive testimonials and comments from users with positive experiences with our service. We may publish this content. When we publish this content, we can identify our users by their first and last names, and we can also indicate their city. - - facilitating the creation of accounts;
- - providing technical support and / or providing other TieTalent services.
These service providers are required not to use your personal information other than to provide the services requested by TieTalent.
(2) Employers looking for a profile like yours, when using the service.
If you are an Expert (as defined in our 'Terms & Conditions'), we may share your personal information, such as your first name, last name, Skype ID, email, work experience, or other information we consider useful with Candidates. (as defined in our 'General Conditions') with whom we put you in contact as well as with the Employers (as defined in our 'General Conditions') having access to the Candidates with whom you have conducted an interview.
If you are an Employer (as defined in our 'Terms & Conditions'), we may share your personal information, such as name, email, number of employees worldwide, number of employees in the local office, or other information that we consider useful for the recruitment of Candidates (as defined in our 'Terms & Conditions') with whom you make contact as well as for the selection of our Experts (as defined in our 'Terms and Conditions').
4/ Other information
Third party websites
Our site may contain links to third party websites. When you click on a link to any other website, you leave our site and go to another site, and another entity may collect personal information or anonymous data about you. We have no control over it, do not examine it, and can not be responsible for these external websites or their content. You have several choices regarding the use of information on TieTalent:
1/ Marketing Communications

2/ Modification or deletion of your personal data

You may object to any collection of personal data and / or request the deletion of your account and personal data at any time by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. TieTalent also allows you to 'disable' your profile for a given period of time. This allows you to make your profile invisible on the platform without losing all of your information, available when you want to reactivate your profile.
If you delete your profile, no information about your profile is retained.
