Jij bent voor onze klanten hét gezicht en de stem van onze organisatie. Of het nu via de telefoon is, tijdens een training of op locatie: jouw kennis en betrouwbaarheid bepalen in grote mate hoe klanten ons ervaren. Met jouw snelle en professionele aanpak houd je ons serviceniveau op topniveau.
Met elke vraag die je oplost en elke training die je geeft, draag je bij aan onze reputatie als betrouwbare partner. Dit is dan ook geen rol op de achtergrond, maar een sleutelpositie. Wat jij doet, merken onze klanten meteen en dat zorgt ervoor dat ze voor ons blijven kiezen.
Hoe ziet je werk eruit?
Je werkt grotendeels vanuit ons kantoor, de werkplaats en studio, waar je klanten en partners op afstand ondersteunt. Tegelijkertijd zit je niet de hele dag achter je bureau: je reist regelmatig naar klanten en beurzen in binnen- en buitenland. Daarbij ben je ook geregeld meerdere dagen achter elkaar op locatie om trainingen te geven en ondersteuning te bieden. In je rol werk je nauw samen met collega’s van Sales, Sales support en R&D.
Vanuit kantoor (je thuisbasis):
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten via telefoon, e-mail, Teams en WhatsApp en lost technische vragen vlot en deskundig op;
- Je onderhoudt actief klantrelaties en houdt het CRM-systeem up-to-date;
- Je bereidt events en salesdemo’s voor;
- Je handelt garantieaanvragen en retouren af;
- Je ontwikkelt samen met het team videocontent in onze eigen studio.
Op pad (binnen- en buitenland):
- Je verzorgt trainingen voor internationale klanten en partners, zowel fysiek als online;
- Je bezoekt klanten en beurzen om ter plaatse ondersteuning te bieden.
Wat breng jij mee?
- Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels (Duits is een mooie bonus);
- Affiniteit met techniek en koffie;
- Ervaring met het geven van trainingen en/of presentaties;
- Comfortabel in het spreken voor groepen en in een internationale omgeving;
- In staat om snel te schakelen en oplossingsgericht te werken;
- En het belangrijkste: je paspoort ligt klaar, je vindt het leuk om er regelmatig op uit te gaan.
Wat kun je van ons verwachten?

- een goed salaris tussen € 4.100,- en €4.800,- (afhankelijk van ervaring), een pensioenregeling en reiskostenvergoeding;
- een sleutelrol met veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid in een internationale, afwisselende functie;
- de mogelijkheid om te werken met innovatieve koffietechnologie die je van binnenuit leert kennen;
- 40 verlofdagen (27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV-dagen) bij een fulltime werkweek, aangevuld met een fietslease-regeling;
- en natuurlijk: onbeperkt koffie uit onze eigen koffiemachines en heerlijk vers fruit.
