What You'll Do:
- Provide excellent guest experiences.
- Greet and guide guests to the appropriate service areas.
- Assist in keeping the service lane clear and tidy.
- Valet guest vehicles into the appropriate area for service and pick-up.
- Assist service writers, service manager and technicians in guest follow-up or communications as needed.
What You'll Need:
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work, preferred.
- Ability to drive both automatic & manual transmission vehicles.
- Ability to work independently while being an integral member of the service team.
- Computer literacy & detailed follow-up.
- Professional appearance and exceptional communications skills.
- A proactive approach to your career with relation to job responsibilities, business growth and daily development.
