What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
Represent the employer’s brand and connect customers to the right products
Adapt to different work environments and maintain a professional workspace
Maintain a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid-morning start time
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of sales/service-related work experience
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
Excellent communication skills for interacting with prospects and customers
Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
Property and Casualty License required after hire
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
2-3 years of sales experience preferred
Proven ability to engage and build rapport with customers
