Deine Aufgaben
Eigenständige Abwicklung des täglichen Cash Managements – inklusive nationalem und internationalem Zahlungsverkehr, insbesondere für die Schweiz, Deutschland sowie Zahlungen in USD
Überwachung und Steuerung des Zahlungsverkehrs sowie der Liquiditätsdisposition
Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Freigabeprozessen (z.B. SFirm, Konfipay, VEU)
Erstellung von Zahlungsvorschlägen in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) sowie Durchführung der Zahlungen im System
Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen zu Zahlungsströmen, Kontoständen und Planabweichungen
Nutzung von MS Office, insbesondere Excel, zur Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten
Enge standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit mit den Teammitgliedern unseres deutschen Standorts
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (EFZ), idealerweise in der Branche Bank/Finanzdienstleistung, oder Weiterbildung als Fachmann/-frau im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Treasury, Zahlungsverkehr und Cash Management, idealerweise in einem internationalen Umfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), insbesondere in der Erstellung von Zahlungsvorschlägen
Gute Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr, insbesondere für Deutschland, die Schweiz sowie Zahlungen in USD
Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel
Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Teamorientierung
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2)
Einwandfreie Auskünfte (Strafregister-, CRIF- und Betreibungsregisterauszug) werden vorausgesetzt
