Client Service Specialist (Part-Time Remote) Our firm is seeking a part‑time Client Service Specialist that will work closely with a team for a Senior Financial Adviser. This is a fully remote position.
Schedule Options (Part-time 10 hrs/week): Mon-Fri, 4pm-6pm EST Mon-Thurs, 3:30pm-6pm EST
Responsibilities
Assist the team with daily activities such as preparing client reviews, new account applications, account maintenance paperwork, and service requests
Maintain accurate client files in CRM
Client‑facing interaction via phone, Zoom, and e-mail
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Handle confidential and/or sensitive information responsibly
Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to practice active listening and communicate in a direct manner
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills At least 2 years of financial services experience.
