Roles and Responsibilities Solution Architecture:
Own the overall technical design. Translate functional requirements into a scalable technical solution, the "How."
Feasibility & Estimation:
Provide support in checking the technical feasibility of proposed User Stories during discovery and build phase. Validate/confirm provided high-level effort estimates.
Technical Governance:
Set specific coding standards, security best practices, and design patterns for the team to follow.
DevOps Ownership:
Lead the strategy for environments, branching, and deployments, such as CI/CD. Act as the senior owner of the release pathway.
Complex Problem Solving:
Serve as the escalation point for tough technical blockers or integration challenges.
Technical Discovery:
Support in client workshops that focus on technical topics, including API integrations, data migration, etc.
Experience
8+ years of technical requirements gathering experience for a mid-to-large sized organization
Having direct experience leading transformational CRM projects
Experience implementing the Agile project lifecycles and tools (i.e. SCRUM, user stories, etc.)
Previous experience and/or desire to train, coach and guide members of varying skill sets and roles
Experience with Presales
