Patient Transportation Representative

This field‑based role enables associates to primarily operate in the field, traveling to client sites or designated locations as required. It may require up to 100% travel within Puerto Rico. The ideal candidate will live within the assigned region.
Schedule:
8‑hour shift Monday‑Friday 6:00 am – 11:00 pm. Alternate Saturdays may be required. Additional hours, including weekends or holidays, may be required based on operational needs.
How You Will Make an Impact
Drive members/patients to and from health service centers.
Contact the affiliate to confirm coordinated service.
Contact the member to inform them of arrival.
Follow up on service provided, updating status in the platform to ensure effective monitoring, compliance, and quality.
Work independently, punctual, detail‑oriented, empathetic, with strong communication and customer service skills.
Drive long distances more than 3 days a week.
Minimum Requirements:
Authorization for Medical Care certification issued by the Bureau of Transportation and Other Public Services.
Category 4 Driver's License (Chauffeur’s license) in good standing.
Certificate of Law 300.
Current National CPR Foundation CPR certification or obtain within 15 days of hire.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
High school diploma/GED preferred.
Associate degree related to health preferred.
1 year of related customer service experience strongly preferred.
Experience working with geriatric population preferred.
Experience handling electronic equipment such as mobile phones and applications preferred.
