Powertrain Certification Engineer

We are seeking a Powertrain Certification Engineer to support Functional Managers with South Korea and USA certification. This involves timely coordination, reporting, and ensuring the success of on-time certification.

• Coordinate parts procurement and work with cross-functional teams across the business.
• Deliver data as required by milestones, gateway deliverables, and Functional Management.
• Supervise emissions testing in the UK or abroad, with experience in vehicle diagnostics beneficial.
• Engage in cross-functional dialogue with internal and external customers and suppliers.

• Sound engineering understanding of vehicle engineering, encompassing Powertrain, Body, Chassis, and Electrical engineering.
• Experience in Emissions Type Approval and/or Certification and/or legislation.
• Understanding of creating, monitoring, and delivering effective test plans, including resource allocation.
• Korean language skills are useful but not mandatory.
• Familiarity within the Automotive Industry, particularly Delivery Processes and Gateway reporting.
• Relevant degree or experience, qualifications in Engineering, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
• Excellent communication skills, resilience, and focus to achieve the end goal.
