Job Title: Composites Laminator

As a Composites Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating tooling and components according to engineering drawings and manuals. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that company quality standards and production targets are consistently met.

• Laminate tooling and components to required specifications.
• Seal and release patterns and moulds accurately.
• Vacuum bag components and tools as per protocols.
• Loading ovens and autoclaves efficiently.
• Manufacture templates and kit cut components with precision.
• Maintain customer delivery targets while upholding quality standards.
• Support 5S and Lean Manufacturing initiatives in the team.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in composite laminating.
• The ability to read and interpret engineering drawings effectively.
• Familiarity with autoclave operation procedures.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A keen eye for detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• The ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Bonus point: Basic knowledge of race cars and road cars can be advantageous.
