Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly experienced SOC/chip design lead to oversee the end-to-end design, set-up, and micro-architecture definition of a new AI project based on neural networks technology.
You will be responsible for leading a small team in charge of delivering the full chip to delivery at the fab.
Requirements- Master's or PhD in electronics, micro-electronics, physics, or a similar field
- 10-20 years of experience in full chip design and delivery
- Proven leadership skills as a tech lead or team manager
- Digital and analog-mixed-signal IP expertise
- End-to-end chip/SOC delivery experience
- Proficiency in ASIC & FPGA, Verilog, SystemVerilog, VHDL, and digital-analog interfaces
- Familiarity with complex tape-out processes and interactions with fabrication plants
- Full digital design flow from RTL to GDS
- SOC design, integration, system design, and system architecture
- Power management, PMIC, ultra-low power optimization, and performance
- Synthesis, HLS, STA, physical implementation, and physical design
- CPU/GPU/RISC-V design and architecture
- TPU/VPU/FPU design and tensor/vector/floating-point processor units
- HW/hardware accelerators
- PLL/filter design
- RF-SOC
- DSP/signal processing
- Flash memory/DDR/HBM/high-bandwidth memory/cache coherence
- Clock/timing constraints
