Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

• Support the CFO in developing and managing the company's financial plans and budgets, creating annual budgets based on past performance, growth forecasts, and market conditions.
• Owning all aspects of the Group Financial Model, using historical data and current trends to forecast future financial performance, including building and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making.
• Analysing financial data and creating reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and variance analysis vs plan to provide insights into the company's financial health.
• Assisting the CFO and Exec Team in preparing financial information and analysis for investor presentations and communications, providing inputs for valuation models, operational analysis, and variance to plan.
• Working closely with the Exec and Central team to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting, continuous communication and collaboration to understand each department's financial needs and performance.
• Providing strategic financial advice to the Exec team to support long-term business goals, including identifying opportunities for optimizing assets, investments and growth opportunities.
