My client a stunning award winning country pub is currently looking for a senior chef de partie to join the back of house team

They are first and foremost a country dining pub, and their ethos is simple the very best ingredients, cooked simply, cooked well.

The position is a senior cdp ..but the hierarchy is a little odd in that they are quite top heavy with a brigade of 8, 6 of whom are cdp or ab...
