Our client, a fast-growing and innovative company, is seeking a Salesforce Tech Team Lead to join their team. This is a player/manager role, where you’ll balance leading a team with hands-on contribution to Salesforce solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Team Leadership – Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

  • Technical Oversight – Provide hands-on support for Salesforce development and administration, ensuring best practices are followed.

  • Roadmapping & Strategy – Define and drive the Salesforce roadmap, aligning with business goals.

  • Project Oversight – Manage multiple Salesforce projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

  • Budget & Vendor Management – Oversee budgeting for Salesforce initiatives and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.

  • Process Improvement – Continuously refine and enhance Salesforce workflows, integrations, and automation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce administration and development.

  • Previous experience leading a Salesforce team or mentoring junior team members.

  • Ability to balance hands-on technical work with strategic leadership.

  • Experience with roadmapping, project planning, and vendor management.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvements.
