About the role The Manager Clinical Program, Transplant and High Cost Case is responsible for working in partnership with Clinical and Pod Operations to ensure consistency and provide oversite of Transplant and High Cost Case department activities within Quantum Health’s clinical model. This position will function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services and will work in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet the transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service.  Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

~Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff.

~Promote a focus on quality, consistency, and effectiveness.

~Support staff performance management and coaching efforts, as needed.

~Facilitate regular team discussions that reinforce key needs/expectations/initiatives, promote an awareness of program and staff performance, and provide a forum for Q&A.

~Participate in interviewing, onboarding and orientation of new staff, as needed.

~Partner with leaders to manage the placement and assignments of staff.

~Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience preferred

~Possess excellent time management skills

~Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

~Strong administrative/technical skills; Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently.
