Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern or Post-Grad Intern to join our HR team. This 8-month internship offers hands-on experience across a variety of HR functions, providing a comprehensive understanding of the role HR plays in supporting organizational success. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about people and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Assist with posting job openings, candidate searches and screening resumes.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Support new hire onboarding activities.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support reporting & compliance.
HR Projects & Reporting
- Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews and process improvements.
- Prepare reports and presentations using HR data and metrics.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or has recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.
