• Manage work packages from concept design to construction stage deliverables.
  
• Produce conceptual designs, prepare presentation materials, and ensure compliance with standards.
  
• Incorporate budget considerations into technical decisions.
  
• Develop architectural standards and foster collaborative relationships.
  
• Support improvements in procedures and service delivery.
  
• Work on exciting projects in data centres, healthcare, and public works.
  

• 
  
• Advanced design, documentation, and detailing experience.
  
• Understanding of construction, regulatory compliance, and building performance.
  
• Expert in BIM, Revit, BIM 360, AutoCad, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
  
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or equivalent, 8+ years of experience, CIAT membership.
  
• Proven experience in data centres, healthcare, and public works projects.
