Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring a Corporate Performance Manager on a temporary basis (term up to 12 months with potential for extension).

This position can be a hybrid or remote opportunity. Members of this team are primarily based in Saskatchewan, but the successful candidate can be based across western Canada.
What you'll do:
Coordinate FCL's annual business planning process. As part of this work, you will facilitate conversations and provide coaching and consulting support to organizational leaders as they develop their business unit/department plans.
Work with stakeholders to ensure collaboration and integration of planning across business units. This includes consideration of enterprise risk management, performance measurement and change management.
Prepare corporate reports for the FCL Board of Directors, SLT, and Organizational Leaders. This includes the Corporate Scorecard, Business Unit Highlights, and Strategic Information Brief, among others.
Oversee and contribute to the continuous improvement of enterprise-wide corporate performance management (CPM) systems.
Who you'll work with:
You will report to the Senior Manager, Corporate Performance and be part of the Organizational Performance department, who value teamwork and progress over perfection.
You will interact with leaders at all levels, including team leaders, organizational leaders and the SLT. Ultimately, your job is to ensure these leaders have the necessary tools and information to effectively manage corporate performance.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in strategy and leadership, and:
Have 8+ years of relevant progressively responsible experience in a complex business environment, including experience in business planning or corporate performance management.
Have a bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a relevant technical field (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
Have education and or experience in facilitation, project management, and/or change management.
