We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented and motivated Google Ads & Local Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing our online presence and driving local traffic to our business through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Google Ads campaigns and a proven track record of optimizing Local Services Ads to significantly improve visibility and engagement within our target market.
As a Google Ads & Local Specialist, you will be tasked with developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive advertising strategies that align with our business objectives. You will conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities to reach potential clients in our local area. Your responsibilities will include creating targeted ad campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and continuously refining strategies to ensure optimal results.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Campaign Management**: Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and video ads, to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- **Local Services Ads Optimization**: Develop and implement strategies to enhance the performance of Local Services Ads, ensuring our business remains competitive in local search results and effectively attracts potential customers.
- **Keyword Research and Targeting**: Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases that resonate with our audience, ensuring that our ads reach the right people at the right time.
- **Performance Analysis**: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze campaign performance, generating regular reports that outline key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
- **Budget Management**: Manage advertising budgets efficiently, reallocating resources as needed to optimize campaign performance and achieve the best possible outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our marketing team to align advertising efforts with broader marketing strategies, contributing to cohesive branding and messaging across all platforms.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep abreast of industry trends, Google Ads updates, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
- Familiarity with Local Services Ads and a deep understanding of local SEO strategies.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey ideas and strategies to team members and clients.
