I'm Shanna Pearson, founder of , the largest ADHD coaching company for adults. Since 1999, we've helped more than 22,000 adults transform their lives through over 541,000 one-on-one coaching sessions. Our clients are accomplished, intelligent, and driven, and our content has to reflect that level of professionalism and trust, while keeping our highly distracted viewers engaged.
We're looking for someone who understands storytelling, emotional resonance, and conversion-focused editing.
Our Projects
1. Testimonial Montage:
Create a short, emotionally compelling montage from our client testimonials to include in a nurture / show up sequence for people who scheduled an intake call.
Goal: Pre-sell prospects, Build our authority, Increase call show-up rates, and build trust before their intake call.
2. Testimonial Library Editing:
We have ~90 testimonial videos that have never been edited or published.
We need these testimonial videos edited and polished to add to our website.
3. Meta Ad Creatives
Create high-performing ad creatives using:
testimonial footage, branded messaging, and short-form edits
4. Podcast Clip Editing
We have ~8 video podcast episodes.
Tasks:
Extract compelling short-form clips
Optimize for ads & social
Add captions and dynamic pacing
5. Company Promo Reel
Produce a high-level brand reel highlighting:
Founder media appearances
National Bestselling book & authority positioning
Company success & longevity
Client transformations & testimonials
Use: website, PR, brand credibility.
