WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Wing Group is focused on scalable growth through disciplined execution and operational excellence. The Business Analyst & Sales Operations Lead owns the intersection of commercial execution and business systems, improving sales performance and customer experience through stronger processes, better reporting, and systems-driven solutions (NetSuite and connected tools). This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to define needs, implement improvements, and drive adoption through clear documentation and training.
This role drives three outcomes:
Commercial visibility & control (orderbook clarity, risks, operating cadence)
Systems-enabled efficiency (process improvements, automation, workflow optimization)
Governance & adoption (documentation, testing, training, and repeatable standards)
WHAT WE OFFER
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $80, ,000 annually, dependent on the experience level of the candidate. Additionally, we offer extended health and dental benefits, Group RSP with employer matching, a generous bank of wellness days, and industry perks. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Sales Operations Leadership
Own the sales operating rhythm: GTM readiness, reporting cadence, and KPI review routines.
Ensure clear orderbook visibility and proactive risk management (inventory exposure, PO timelines/cancellations, credit holds, service level risks).
Define and maintain core Sales Ops reporting and KPI framework (orderbook health, forecast quality, sales forecast accuracy, dealer performance).
Improve forecast inputs and accuracy by building repeatable reporting processes and data hygiene standards.
Lead pricing list governance and distribution (accuracy, approvals, version control, timing).
Standardize sales tools, templates, and SOPs; remove friction across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
Business Analysis & Systems Delivery
Lead requirements discovery and process analysis: scope, constraints, stakeholders, success metrics, and acceptance criteria.
Diagnose operational and system challenges, identify root causes, and build practical recommendations and business cases.
Translate business needs into system/process improvements (NetSuite workflows, dashboards, configurations, automation).
Lead project delivery planning, change implementation, and adoption.
Drive testing and validation (test plans, UAT scripts, issue tracking, release readiness) to maintain high quality.
Create and maintain documentation: process maps, SOPs, functional specs, change logs, and training materials.
Governance & Enablement
Establish lightweight governance for commercial workflows and system changes (standards, documentation gates, change hygiene).
Design and deliver training for system upgrades, process changes, and reporting interpretation.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS 
Post-secondary degree in Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
Typically, 7–10+ years in a blend of Sales Ops/Commercial Ops and Business Analysis/Systems Analysis roles.
ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred); proven ability to lead process and data governance.
Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability; PowerBI/Tableau strongly preferred.
Proven experience in process modeling, requirements gathering, solution evaluation, integrations/API concepts, and software testing.
Strong stakeholder leadership and communication skills; able to align teams and drive decisions.
