Location:Leigh Hours: MondayFriday, 9am5pm (38 hours per week) Love fast-paced social media? Excited by beauty brands, viral TikTok trends, and creative digital content? This apprenticeship offers the chance to work hands-on across TikTok, Instagram, livestreaming and digital marketing - an ideal opportunity for anyone looking to launch a creative career in social media and content production. This is a practical, hands-on role where youll learn by doing, supported by experienced digital marketers and creators. Youll gain real experience producing content, analysing performance, and contributing to multi-channel campaigns that drive engagement and sales. Key Responsibilities Content Creation & Social Media Plan, host and produce TikTok Live streams to promote products and boost engagement. Create, film and edit short-form video content across TikTok and other platforms. Design creative backdrops and full livestream setups. Write and publish engaging posts for TikTok, LinkedIn, and email campaigns. Use Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop) to design campaign assets. Support TikTok affiliate campaigns, email activity and paid media strategies. Digital Marketing & Campaign Support Manage monthly ad budgets across TikTok, Facebook, Google and Microsoft Ads. Monitor performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics and Cometly. Make data-driven adjustments to improve campaign ROI and effectiveness. Publish content via CMS platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Klaviyo and Meta Business Suite. Liaise with clients, presenters, co-founders and suppliers to coordinate campaign delivery. Administration & Team Support Maintain accurate content, campaign and advertising records. Assist in organising creative assets and ensuring they are compliant and well-structured. Support wider marketing activities, presentations and day-to-day project tasks. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout campaigns. Creating innovative video and image content across platforms. Conducting audience research and gathering insights. Writing persuasive, on-brand marketing copy. Analysing campaign results and optimising performance. Using spreadsheets, project tools and software for marketing tasks. Managing digital and offline assets to ensure organisation and legal compliance.
