We are a UK-based endurance sports nutrition brand seeking an experienced Meta performance marketer to audit, restructure and improve our Facebook & Instagram ad account.
This is not a "boost posts" role.
We are looking for a data-driven operator with proven DTC ecommerce scaling experience who understands acquisition economics, funnels, and long-term profitability.
Initial scope: Audit + strategic rebuild
Ongoing management possible for the right candidate.
Current Situation
• 3 live campaigns
– 1 direct conversion campaign (carousel product sales)
– 2 lead generation campaigns (free Sports Nutrition Guides → email funnel → sales)
• Performance has declined over the past 6–8 months
• We want structural clarity, improved ROAS, and scalable acquisition
We are open to restructuring completely if justified.
What We Need
Phase 1: Deep Account Audit
You will review:
• Campaign structure & objectives
• Budget allocation
• Creative performance (hooks, fatigue, formats)
• Audience strategy (cold, warm, retargeting)
• Pixel & event tracking accuracy
• Funnel performance (lead → email → sale)
• CPA, ROAS, AOV and conversion rate trends
• Wasted spend & scaling blockers
Deliverable:
Clear written analysis + strategic recommendations (not generic comments).
Phase 2: Strategic Rebuild
• New campaign architecture
• Testing framework (creative + audience)
• Clear cold / warm structure
• Retargeting logic
• Scaling roadmap
• KPI targets
• Budget allocation guidance
We are open to Advantage+ where appropriate, but only if supported by logic.
Our Market
We sell performance nutrition to:
• Marathon runners
• Ultra runners
• Trail runners
• UK endurance athletes
Products include hydrogel sports jelly, chia gels, bars, recovery and fueling systems.
Understanding endurance athletes and event-driven buying cycles is a bonus.
Who This Is For
You:
• Have scaled DTC ecommerce brands profitably
• Can show before/after ROAS improvements
• Think in terms of LTV and acquisition cost
• Understand creative testing frameworks
• Are comfortable challenging existing structure
• Communicate clearly and professionally
This is NOT suitable for beginners, general social media managers, or agencies that outsource.

We want:

• Clear attribution
• A repeatable testing system
If performance improves, this may become an ongoing management role.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
