Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fleet Sales Representative at Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg, located in Winnipeg, MB. The Fleet Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, identifying their fleet vehicle needs, preparing and presenting tailored solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role includes negotiating contracts, meeting sales targets, maintaining a thorough understanding of Mercedes-Benz products, and working in collaboration with the sales and service teams.
Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, and Negotiation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of automotive product lines and fleet sales processes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for the automotive industry and providing a stellar customer experience
Previous experience in fleet sales or a related field is an asset
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
