As part of the Online Acquisition team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate leads and revenue through Demand Generation, ABM and LeadGen initiatives.
Paid acquisition plays a big role in our company’s business and you’ll have the opportunity to have a direct impact on Agicap's growth.
As a Demand Generation Manager at Agicap, your scope will involve:
- Develop and execute demand generation and ABM strategies to drive qualified leads and grow revenue.
- Define and adjust key audiences, create impactful ads and account-specific messaging that resonate with our buyer personas.
- Work closely with local sales teams to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up processes.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize efforts to maximize engagement and conversion rates within target accounts.
- Own and manage our existing Lead Generation campaigns on our paid channels (Search, Display, Social Ads, …). Build, deploy, run and iterate to maintain the best CAC Payback possible.
- Work together with the Studio, Brand & Content Teams to develop high-quality creatives, with regular reporting on their performance.
- Track and report on Lead, Demand & ABM campaign performance, including metrics such as account engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
- Partner with the Lifecycle team to support a seamless cross-channel lead journey, leveraging targeted messaging and assets for a cohesive experience.
- 5-7 years of performance marketing and/or customer acquisition in a high-growth B2B company, ideally SaaS or scale-up.
- Strong experience in managing and scaling demand generation campaigns and working very closely with sales teams.
- You have a demonstrated ability to work and influence decision makers in a fast-paced, matrixed organization, with stakeholders across different markets.
- Strong performance marketing skills: SEM, Paid Social, Data & attribution have no secrets for you.
- Performance-maniac, growth marketing mindset and will to have an impact.
- Excellent analytical skills: You are a data-driven person, you have a strong understanding of data analytics and you know how to be creative based on data insights. You’re an expert in measuring the impact of demand generation activities.
- Advanced knowledge of how to analyze the complete user journey is a plus.
