- Holistic Support: Provide comprehensive support to the CUO in both strategic initiatives and daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and targeted outcomes
- Strategic Preparation: Prepare detailed analyses and presentations on strategic topics, facilitating informed decision-making by top management
- Project Management: Lead and manage projects independently, from inception to completion; present findings and updates on various topics, such as town hall meetings, personnel matters, and OKR planning
- Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; maintain strong relationships with executive board members, direct employees, and other key figures within and outside the organization
- Strategic Implementation Support: Aid in the sustainable implementation of corporate and short-tail division strategies, collaborating closely with the board of directors, senior strategy manager, and management team
- Education: A successfully completed university degree or equivalent professional experience is required; an advanced academic degree such as an M.Sc., MBA, or PhD is advantageous
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in corporate development, consulting, or the insurance industry, particularly in commercial insurance underwriting, is desirable
- Leadership and Management Potential: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ambition to engage in management responsibilities in the future
- Analytical and Strategic Skills: Exceptional analytical, strategic, and solution-oriented skills are essential
- Team Collaboration: A proactive, results-oriented team player with an open-minded and adaptive approach to problem-solving
- Organizational Navigation: Ability to effectively work across various hierarchical levels within the organization
- Communication Abilities: Strong communication skills are crucial for this role
