About the RoleWe're seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist capable of managing our marketing infrastructure beyond basic reporting. You will ensure our tech stack is integrated, our data is clean, our reporting is actionable, and our funnel operates smoothly from initial contact to closed-won. This role combines building, executing, analyzing, and coaching, ideal for someone who simplifies complexity and values effective operations for marketing ROI.
You will collaborate directly with the Marketing and Revenue Operations teams, owning Marketing Operations and supporting Salesforce Administration when necessary.
Key Requirements- Expertise in Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) is essential.

Responsibilities- Manage Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement: setup, segmentation, automation, reporting.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admin and Revenue Teams: align workflows, ensure data integration.
- Coordinate with Marketing and partners: connect campaigns, workflows, lead forms.
- Maintain integrations: DreamData, Google Suite, Gong, and others.
- Optimize tech stack: improve efficiencies, close data gaps.
- Ensure data hygiene: contact data standards, campaign tagging, attribution.
- Support funnel processes: from top to bottom of the funnel.
- Develop dashboards and reports for funnel metrics, marketing activity, ROI, ABM tracking, and campaign performance.
- Analyze and improve lead handoff and follow-up processes with sales.
- Train teams on Pardot and Salesforce best practices.
- Translate campaign goals into operational workflows.
- Create persona-based engagement tracks and workflows.
- Identify patterns, trends, and bottlenecks; recommend improvements.
- Connect marketing spend to impact, drive ROI planning.
- 3+ years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, WordPress, DreamData, Google Analytics/GTM; certifications a plus.
- Proven ability to build reporting, optimize funnels, coach teams.
- Practical, systems-thinking mindset with a bias for action.
