Profile

Our client is a global consulting firm specializing in market intelligence and strategic advisory services for high-growth industries. We are looking for a Montreal-based Sales Project Manager who will be responsible for supporting and coordinating sales operations within a consulting environment. Our clients include government, established companies and emerging innovators.

Functions
  • Manage client inquiries, requests for quotes, and product or service information.
  • Coordinate follow-ups to ensure strong communication and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.
  • Maintain and update client and opportunity data within Salesforce (or equivalent CRM).
  • Prepare and analyze sales reports in Excel to identify trends, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
  • Support coordination between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure efficient sales administration.
Requirements
  • Languages : Excellent spoken and written English, French an asset
  • Education : Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Training : Full training program provided
  • Overnight Travel : Annual sales kickoff of 3-4 days per year
  • Years of experience : At least 2 years in a similar position needed
  • Transferable Knowledge : A fast learner and a team player needed
  • Knowledge of Excel (formulas and pivot tables)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM
