**The Opportunity**: Lead design for a rapidly expanding product portfolio while building the design systems and team capabilities that will scale with our growth. If you're energized by the challenge of creating user experiences across the entire commerce lifecycle while pioneering AI-powered design workflows, this role will define your career.**8+ years of product design experience** with at least 3 years leading design teams or functions**Multi-product design expertise** - Experience designing across complex product ecosystems or suites**Design systems mastery** - Proven ability to build and scale design systems across multiple products**Modern design tool expertise** - Advanced proficiency in Figma, with experience in component libraries and design systems**AI-powered design tools** - Familiarity with or willingness to rapidly adopt AI design tools for accelerated workflows**User research capabilities** - Experience conducting user interviews, usability testing, and data analysis**Cross-functional collaboration** - Proven ability to work closely with product managers and engineering teams* You've led design for high-growth SaaS companies or commerce platforms with complex user journeys* You have experience designing for logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain applications* You've built design systems that scaled across multiple products and development teams* You've driven measurable improvements in conversion rates, user engagement, or customer satisfaction* You have experience with rapid prototyping and AI-powered design tools
