About the Role

What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end product design
for complex, rule-heavy workflows—from discovery and flows to polished UI in Figma and post-launch iteration. - Make hard things easy:
translate dense rules/edge cases into clear steps, helpful defaults, and low-friction paths. - Shape human-in-the-loop AI:
decide when to automate, when to ask for input, and how the system explains itself. - Design system maturity:
evolve components, patterns, and guidelines so teams ship quickly and consistently. - Words matter:
write labels/microcopy that reduce cognitive load and build trust; document requirements clearly for engineering. - Learn with users:
run lean research and usability tests; fold insights into fast iterations. - Partner with customers & SMEs:
engage closely with client teams to align solutions with real operational constraints. - Measure outcomes:
define success metrics, review usage data, and iterate to improve what you ship.
