Administers or assists residents in self-administering medications and treatments Measures vital signs and weight, and performs other health services tasks Communicates with physicians, implements physician orders, reports, and documents pertinent information Works closely with home health, hospice, and pharmacy services Be able to work as a team throughout departments Be a mentor and lead for co-workers, shift lead First point of contact for floor training

Qualifications:
18 years of age Prior experience in Senior Care as a Med Tech, Caregiver, or similar Knowledge of medical terminology
