About
Step into a key leadership role as our new Assistant Security Manager, where you’ll help guide a dedicated security team and play a vital part in creating a safe, welcoming environment for every guest. You’ll support the Security Manager day-to-day, while also helping to train, mentor, and elevate the wider team - ensuring our customers enjoy the very best experience from the moment they arrive on park.Â
What you will be doing...- Assist in planning resource levels to ensure the park has the required level of security. Â
- Utilising team members to effectively patrol the park, providing a deterrent and preventing situations where necessary. Â
- Ensuring compliance with security assignment instructions. Â
- Managing incidents and situation, ensuring correct escalation, and reporting. Â
- Managing security technology and CCTV. Â Â
- Using the on-park systems to review security Data. Â
- Carrying out full and unbiased investigations, providing detailed statements and reports, ensuring that all security activity has been recorded appropriately. Â
- Identifying security vulnerabilities and risks to the park. Â
- Liaising with local enforcement authorities for routine inspections and investigations. Â
- Attending Management and Regional Meetings to promote security awareness to colleagues when necessary. Â Â
- Promoting security awareness to colleagues.Â
- Current SIA license (Minimum Door Supervision) & full clean UK driving licence (Manual Car) Â
- Excellent customer service skills & confident to communicate and influence. Â
- Ability to drive positive security culture within a team, and effectively help to manage and develop a team. Â
- Commercial awareness, with some ability to manage a budget and rota. Â Â
- Able to manage a high pressure, fast paced work environment.Â
