Ben jij een technisch sterke allrounder die energie krijgt van een afwisselende rol in een productieomgeving? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou.
Voor onze locatie in Elsloo zoeken wij een Manufacturing Technician. Je werkt in een kleinschalige productieomgeving waar je nauw samenwerkt met collega’s uit productie, engineering en kwaliteit. Samen dragen jullie bij aan het ontwikkelen, onderhouden en continu verbeteren van de productieomgeving.
In deze functie krijg je de ruimte om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en wordt jouw initiatief gewaardeerd. Geen dag is hetzelfde: van het oplossen van storingen tot het opzetten van productielijnen en het verbeteren van processen.
FunctieWat ga je doen als Manufacturing Technician?
- Onderhouden en verbeteren van productie- en testapparatuur en gereedschappen;
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud;
- Analyseren en oplossen van storingen (inclusief root cause analyse);
- Inrichten en opbouwen van (niet-standaard) productielijnen en tooling;
- Meedenken over en ondersteunen bij de introductie van nieuwe apparatuur en processen;
- Ondersteunen van productie bij het juiste gebruik van machines en werkinstructies;
- Uitvoeren van gebouw- en facilitaire onderhoudswerkzaamheden;
- Bijdragen aan verbeterprojecten op het gebied van efficiëntie, kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
Wat breng jij met je mee als Manufacturing Technician?
- MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek, mechatronica of fijnmechanische techniek;
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een technische of productieomgeving;
- Ervaring met het oplossen van storingen (mechanisch, elektrisch, pneumatisch en/of PLC);
- Bekendheid met meetmiddelen en kwaliteitscontrole (zoals schuifmaat, micrometer, SPC);
- Praktische en hands-on instelling: je analyseert én voert zelf uit;
- Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
Pré:
- Ervaring met verspanende technieken (frezen, draaien);
- Kennis van hydrauliek of PLC-systemen;
- Heftruckcertificaat.
Wat ontvang je als Manufacturing Technician?
- Een aantrekkelijk bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.200 en € 3.800, o.b.v. fulltime en afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring;
- Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,23 per kilometer (tot 30 km enkele reis);
- 8% vakantiegeld;
- 25 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen;
- Pensioenregeling vanaf de eerste werkdag;
- Goede secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP);
- Werken in een klein team met korte lijnen en veel eigen verantwoordelijkheid;
- Veel afwisseling tussen techniek, onderhoud en procesverbetering;
- Direct contact met collega’s in productie en internationale samenwerking waar nodig;
- Veel eigen vrijheid.
