Night Shift (7:00pm-7:30am)
Respiratory Therapist Status Options Defined:
Full Time: 3 shifts per week plus a every third weekend commitment

We are seeking Respiratory Therapist to provide quality care for clinically complex pediatric residents in home like atmosphere! The Respiratory Therapist assists with ensuring the health and well-being of our individuals by evaluating individuals’ ventilator weaning and/or respiratory rehabilitation potential. Conduct comprehensive respiratory and ventilator assessments
Evaluate weaning potential and respiratory rehabilitation opportunities
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized respiratory care plans
Initiate and manage ventilator weaning protocols per physician orders
Administer prescribed respiratory medications and treatments
Perform scheduled and PRN respiratory interventions
Monitor labs, clinical indicators, and ventilator parameters within scope of practice
Document care clearly and concisely, includingventilation checks every 12 hoursper PSC policy
Maintain accurate progress notes, evaluations, and discharge summaries
Communicate clinical findings and recommendations to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
Educate families, caregivers, and staff on respiratory equipment and procedures
Assist with in-service training and onboarding education for staff
Ensure safe, cost-effective use of respiratory equipment and supplies
Qualifications Respiratory Therapist (RT)
Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Active, unencumbered Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license
RRT or CRT credentialed by the National Board for Respiratory Care
Current CPR (AHA Healthcare Provider) certification
Must be at least 21 years of age
Pediatric, ventilator, or long-term care experience preferred (but not required — we will support training)
This position requires regular interaction with residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors. In order to ensure a safe work environment for residents, coworkers, visitors, and/or supervisors of the Company, and to permit unfettered communication between the employee and those residents, coworkers, visitors, and supervisors, this position requires that the employee be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language at an intermediate or more advanced level.
