The Founding Chief Technology & Digital Infrastructure Officer serves as a senior founding executive leader responsible for helping architect, oversee, scale, and operationalize the digital, AI, software, workforce intelligence, and enterprise technology infrastructure of CARE-INF™, Inc.
This role was intentionally designed for a visionary technology executive capable of helping build:
* Snapshot™,
* workforce intelligence infrastructure,
* AI-supported healthcare readiness systems,
* academic institution platforms,
* procedural training ecosystems,
* leadership stewardship infrastructure,
* and enterprise-level healthcare technology architecture.
The Founding Chief Technology & Digital Infrastructure Officer will work collaboratively with CARE-INF™ executive leadership to help position the organization as:

The Founding Chief Technology & Digital Infrastructure Officer is expected to operate with:

COMMISSION-BASED FOUNDING STRUCTURE
This role will initially operate under:
a founding commission-based executive structure
designed to align executive contribution with organizational growth and partnership expansion.
FOUNDING CONTRACT COMMISSION STRUCTURE
The Founding Chief Technology & Digital Infrastructure Officer will receive commission-based compensation from:
signed organizational contracts and partnership agreements
associated with CARE-INF™ growth and implementation.
Commission structure:
First Signed Contract6%Second Signed Contract4%Third Signed Contract2%All Additional Contracts Following Third Closure2%COMMISSION CAP
Total commission compensation is capped at:
$250,000
under the founding commission structure.
TRANSITION TO EXECUTIVE SALARY STRUCTURE
Upon successful closure of:
three (3) organizational contracts
the executive may transition into a formal executive salary structure.
EXECUTIVE SALARY RANGE
Projected executive salary range:
$200,000 – $350,000 annually
based upon:
* organizational growth,
* executive performance,
* infrastructure contribution,
* partnership expansion,
* and operational scaling.
POST-TRANSITION CONTRACT INCENTIVE
Following transition into executive salary structure:
The executive will continue receiving:
0.50% incentive compensation
for qualifying organizational contracts thereafter.
POST-TRANSITION INCENTIVE CAP
Post-transition incentive compensation remains capped at:
$250,000 annually
unless otherwise modified by executive agreement.
FOUNDING EQUITY STRUCTURE
The Founding Chief Technology & Digital Infrastructure Officer will receive:
0.25% founding equity participation
consistent with CARE-INF™ founding executive structure.
Equity structure and vesting terms will follow:
* executive agreement documentation,
* organizational governance structure,
* and applicable vesting schedules.
LONG-TERM ORGANIZATIONAL VISION
CARE-INF™ is intentionally building:
scalable national workforce infrastructure.
The Founding Chief Technology & Digital Infrastructure Officer will play a critical role in helping establish:
* enterprise healthcare technology systems,
* workforce intelligence infrastructure,
* AI-supported readiness platforms,
* and digital healthcare innovation architecture designed to support the future of nursing and healthcare nationally.
FOUNDING EXECUTIVE DISTINCTION
As a founding executive leader, this role will help shape:
* organizational culture,
* technology philosophy,
* workforce infrastructure strategy,
* AI governance standards,
* digital innovation direction,
* and the future operational architecture of CARE-INF™.
The organization is seeking leaders willing to help build:
meaningful infrastructure with long-term national impact.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
