About
Responsibilities and Qualifications
2‑5 years of software development experience
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or equivalent
Strong coding skills in one or more languages (OO Programming – Java, Scala, Spark, Python)
Expertise in data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance‑oriented programming
Experience with micro‑services architecture, multi‑threading, and distributed systems
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven team player who thrives in a high‑energy, fast‑growing start‑up environment
Self‑starter who can work independently with minimal guidance and adapt quickly to changing requirements
Attention to detail and excitement for building scalable audience‑targeting capabilities
Agility to adapt to shifting priorities and scope
Nice to Have
Experience in the online advertising domain
Experience building massively large‑scale data systems in production
Experience leveraging user data for behavioral targeting and ad relevance
Experience with big data analytics
Experience building data‑driven products
Experience deploying applications on public cloud platforms such as Azure, GCP, or AWS
