Head of Cabin Interiors Engineering (m/f/d)

• Leading and mentor­ing a team of senior man­agers and assigned staff, foster­ing collab­oration and communi­cation, and develop­ment
• Defin­ing depart­mental vision, scope, objec­tives, and mile­stones, and align­ing them with the overall engin­eering and business strategy
• Over­seeing the alloca­tion and manage­ment of resources (budgets, person­nel, etc.) for various projects and tasks
• Identi­fying and execut­ing oppor­tunities to improve engin­eering method­ologies, tools, and processes
• Track­ing perform­ance, analyz­ing metrics, and provid­ing correct­ing actions and regular updates to stake­holders

• Ability to lead, motiv­ate, and develop medium to large teams
• Exper­ience with various cabin and interior engin­eering areas and princi­ples
• Ability to develop and imple­ment strategic plans and effect­ively resolve complex issues
• Under­standing of finan­cial princi­ples and ability to manage project budgets
• Ability to effect­ively communi­cate with stake­holders on all levels
