Previous experience working within an office environment preferred.

The role

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell products and services

Provide detailed information about services offered.

Schedule appointments for the sales team to follow up with prospects.

Maintain and update customer database with relevant information.

Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with prospective clients.

Upsell and cross-sell other products that may be useful for clients.
