Job Title: Contracts Manager – Heavy Machinery Hire Location:

Remote, with travel across the North West Ideal location: Anywhere from Wolverhampton up to ManchesterSalary:

£45,000 per annum Realistic OTE of £60,000 once establishedRole Overview: As a Contracts Manager, you will play a key role in driving the hire side of the business, focusing on both existing accounts and new business opportunities. You will be responsible for managing and growing customer relationships, ensuring the effective hire of machinery and equipment, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

Focus on the hire of wheel loaders, material handling equipment, and other heavy machinery Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients while pursuing new business opportunities Provide timely and accurate quotations for potential orders Assess customer needs and present customized hire solutions Deliver technical support to clients and resolve inquiries promptly Ensure excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns efficiently Monitor competitor activity and adapt strategies to stay competitive Stay up to date with the hire products and services to confidently provide clients with the best solutionsKey Competencies:

Strong experience in the hire industry, particularly with industrial equipment Ability to assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to organize and prioritize workload independently Experience with cold calling and winning new business Ability to provide technical support and guidance to clientsAdditional Requirements:

Experience working with OEMs and a good understanding of machinery hire services Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth Ability to work autonomously in a field-based role, managing your time effectivelyBenefits:
