Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Manchester Office (1 day per week in office; remainder on site visiting clients) Salary: £30k - £50k plus commission

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. Based in our Manchester office, you'll spend one day a week at the office and the remainder on-site visiting clients. Your focus will be on driving sales growth in the racking, and mezzanine sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our market presence in racking, warehouse storage, and mezzanine solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Conduct on-site visits to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the internal team to develop competitive proposals and close deals effectively. Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities.Qualifications:

Proven sales experience within the racking, or mezzanine industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. A track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.What We Offer:
