About
RF Engineer
As an RF Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing Radio Frequency (RF) systems and devices that align with company and customer requirements. This role involves a blend of RF system design, hands-on lab measurements, tuning, and testing both on the bench and in our RF Anechoic Chamber. Additionally, you will support approvals testing in external labs. Collaboration with hardware and software engineers is essential to ensure seamless RF system integration while meeting performance and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop RF systems and components, including antennas, filters, and amplifiers. Conduct impedance matching, harmonic measurement, filtering, antenna tuning, polar plotting, and range testing. Develop and execute test procedures to ensure compliance with performance and regulatory standards (e.g., RED, EMC). Stay up to date with emerging RF technologies, industry trends, and advancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion, while maintaining and updating technical documentation. Additional Requirements: Solid understanding of wireless communication protocols, including Sub-1GHz, BLE, WiFi, and cellular technologies such as 5G and LTE. Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Networks, Microwave, or Telecommunications Engineering (preferred). 3+ years of experience in RF engineering. Strong proficiency with RF design tools and laboratory equipment, including Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Signal Generators.
