We are hiring on behalf of our client, a leading UK law firm, for a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer to join their IT team in Norwich.
The Role

Provide 2nd line technical support via phone, email, and in-person.

Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues (Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, iManage, iOS).

Act as an escalation point for the 1st Line Service Desk team.

Manage endpoint devices using SCCM, Intune, and other tools.

Ensure compliance, software updates, and liaise with third-party vendors.

Train and support end-users to enhance their IT experience.
What You Need

Proven 2nd Line IT support experience, ideally in a professional setting.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and troubleshooting skills.

Customer-focused with the ability to explain technical solutions clearly.
