Business Change Lead (Outside ir35/ Largely remote with some travel to UK sites

If so, I am looking for an experienced Business Change Lead to join a project in the mobilisation stage, which will seek to implement HR modules across the client's UK business.

Skills:

Previous experience of supporting ERP/HR projects is desirable Demonstrable experience of leading business users through a transformative system implementation which has been a big cultural and behavioural shift Excellent communication planning and execution skills & experience Ability to identify, plan & execute training for business users to support adoption of a new system Plan activities to maximise post implementation adoptionIf this sounds of interest, please send me a copy of your cv to be considered.
