The Senior Recruitment Consultant will play a key role in recruiting for mechanical engineering positions within manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, and other technical industries.

This is an office-based position that requires strong business development skills and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.

• Proven experience in technical or engineering recruitment
• Strong business development skills with a track record of winning and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent understanding of mechanical engineering roles, skills, and industry requirements
• A proactive and results-driven mindset with a passion for recruitment
• Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience using recruitment CRM systems and job boards
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet KPI expectations

The ideal candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• Managing and growing a portfolio of mechanical engineering clients
• Developing new business through client outreach and relationship-building
• Sourcing high-quality candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and database searches
• Conducting interviews and managing the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiating contracts, salaries, and terms with clients and candidates
• Meeting and exceeding revenue and performance targets
• Staying up to date with industry trends and market conditions
