Global Food Manufacturer Seeks Project Engineer

As a Project Engineer, you will lead and deliver engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver engineering projects on time and within budget, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and cost analysis to drive informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide technical expertise to support maintenance and operations teams.
• Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Requirements include a degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline) or equivalent industry experience.

Proven experience managing engineering projects within a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is also necessary.

A strong knowledge of process improvement, automation, and equipment installation is required.

Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach are expected.

Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate with stakeholders at all levels is essential.

Knowledge of industry regulations, including health and safety standards, is also required.
