We are seeking a skilled B2 Licensed Engineer to join our Aviation Organisation in South London.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the certification of base and line maintenance for avionics systems, ensuring compliance with deadlines for group and customer aircraft.
  • Apply troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance skills to ensure safe and efficient operation of Executive Aircraft.
  • Collaborate across departments for smooth communication and efficient coordination.
  • Manage time effectively, ensuring maintenance schedules and operations are met.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and maintain high morale.
  • Adapt to high-pressure situations with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Lead major base maintenance checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and high-quality maintenance.
Requirements:
  • Hold a valid B2 License.
  • Be type-rated on Executive Aircraft (desirable).
  • Have completed an apprenticeship or formal training program, or possess equivalent qualifications and experience in avionics maintenance.
  • Proven experience managing and supporting both base and line maintenance operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, as well as familiar with CAFAM (or similar systems).
  • Strong background in working with Executive Aircraft, ensuring top-tier maintenance and technical expertise in avions.
